Cookie Breakfast Cereal

Skip the sugary breakfast cereals and granola bars. Instead, try this protein packed, low sugar cereal to fuel your day!

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Roll your favorite cookie dough flavor into small balls and smash into quarter size discs or smaller on the baking sheet
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, less if you like soft cookies, more if you want them really crispy
5. Allow cookies to cool and add them to your bowl
6. Add milk or your favorite milk alternative (almond, coconut, soy, etc.)

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream

– 1 & 1/2 Frozen Bananas
-1/4 Cup of Almond Milk (Or your favorite milk substitute)
– 2 Tablespoons of Cacao Nibs (Substitute with 1 TBSP of Cocoa Powder if you want chocolate ice cream)
– 2 Tablespoons of Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
– Fresh mint or Mint extract to taste
1. Place bananas, milk, mint and cacao nibs in a food processor or blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
2. Add in mint and adjust flavor to taste
3. Pour into freezer safe container and add cookie dough
4. If the consistency is too runny, place in the freezer for 10 – 15 minutes to harden
5. Enjoy!
